Chương trình hỗ trợ vốn vay cho sinh viên vẫn đang tiếp tục hoạt động cho đến nay nhưng vẫn có một số bổ sung và thay đổi. Đây là chính sách mới nhằm giúp sinh viên có thể vay tiền trả học phí và trang trải cho nhiệm vụ học tập (1).
