b. Có nghĩa vụ thanh toán Lợi Nhuận Của Chủ Nhà theo thỏa thuận tại Điều 6 của Nội Quy Chương Trình Cho Thuê.
c. Thực hiện hoạt động cho thuê Căn Nhà theo đúng thỏa thuận của Hợp đồng này và đúng trình tự, thủ tục quy định của pháp luật.
d. Phải cung cấp đầy đủ, kịp thời và chính xác các thông tin liên quan đến Căn Nhà cho tổ chức, cá nhân có nhu cầu đăng ký thuê.
e. Có quyền từ chối các yêu cầu của Chủ Nhà không đúng với thỏa thuận trong Hợp Đồng này và quy định của pháp luật về cho thuê Căn Nhà.
f. Cung cấp dịch vụ quản lý Căn hộ, bảo đảm Căn Nhà và khu vực chung luôn trong tình trạng sạch sẽ, tiện ích để đảm bảo nhu cầu của Khách Thuê.
