Tháng 12 hàng năm, Ban ISO lập chương trình đánh giá nội bộ cho năm tiếp theo (biểu mẫu BSR-PRO-QHSE-003/F-001). Chương trình sau khi phê duyệt được sao chụp đưa lên ổ mạng iso-ohsas, các đơn vị/cá nhân có trách nhiệm tự truy cập.
Lưu ý: Chương trình này có thể được sửa đổi cho phù hợp tình hình thực tế. Ban ISO có trách nhiệm quản lý, triển khai thực hiện chương trình đánh giá đã được phê duyệt theo đúng trách nhiệm đã phân cấp.

In December of every year, the ISO Committee established an internal evaluation program for next year (BSR-PRO-form QHSE-003/F-001). The program copied after approval to put up a network drive iso – ohsas, units/individuals are responsible for self access.Note: this program can be modified to suit the actual situation. The ISO committee responsible for management, implementing the program evaluation has been approved in accordance with the responsibilities already allocated.

December each year, the ISO setting internal assessment program for the next year (form BSR-PRO-QHSE-003 / F-001). After approving the program to be copied to post iso-OHSAS network drive, units / individuals are responsible for access.
