Điều 2. Quy chế này thay thế cho........... có hiệu lực thực hiện kể từ ngày ký Quyết định.
Điều 3. Giám đốc, Phó Giám đốc, Chủ tịch Công đoàn cơ sở, Trưởng các phòng, ban, phân xưởng, tổ đội sản xuất và tập thể người lao động thuộc Công ty có trách nhiệm thực hiện Quyết định này./.
