Ngày tháng của từng đợt thanh toán tùy thuộc vào tiến độ thi công của đội xây dựng.
Ví dụ: khoảng tháng 10 năm 2015 chúng tôi dự kiến sẽ hoàn thành sàn betong tầng 6, khi đó chúng tôi sẽ gửi thông báo chuyển tiền đợt tiếp theo bằng văn bản hoặc email. Hiện tại chúng tôi không thể xác định chính xác ngày nào chúng tôi sẽ thi công xong từng hạng mục.
