Anh Phan Hoành Sơn, sinh năm 1986 tại Bãi Cháy, Hạ Long, Quảng Ninh. Trước khi sáng lập và trở thành Giám đốc Công ty Cổ phần Quốc tế PNS, anh Phan Hoành Sơn đã gặt hái một loạt những thành công trong học tập và nghiên cứu khoa học: Anh đã tốt nghiệp hai trường đại học rồi cao học với kết quả học tập xuất sắc; đạt nhiều giải thưởng lĩnh vực nghiên cứu khoa học như: Giải Nhất cuộc thi ý tưởng sáng tạo về nước sạch và vệ sinh môi trường Hà Lan (2012); Giải ba cuộc thi thông tin nghiên cứu giáo dục do Viện Khoa học Xã hội Việt Nam tổ chức (2012); Giải khuyến khích với dự án “Ngôi nhà sinh thái” của Cuộc thi sáng tạo do UBTN Đức tổ chức (2012); được công nhận Tài năng trẻ của tỉnh Quảng Ninh (2012).
