5.1 Quy định về giá trị phần giảm giá:
+ Giá trúng thầu 25.353.000.000 đồng (là do giá dự thầu là 25.528.797.030 đồng trừ giá trị phần giảm giá 175.797.030 đồng).
+ Để thuận tiện trong việc xuất hóa đơn và nhập sổ sách kế toán, giá trị phần giảm giá này sẽ giảm trực tiếp vào giá trị có thuế GTGT của mục Buồng hút lọc bụi sơn (model: HL7.5, hãng sản xuất: TMG, xuất xứ: Việt Nam, số lượng 15 bộ) trong bảng giá hồ sơ dự thầu.
