Bất kỳ một tranh chấp hoặc khiếu nại nào nảy sinh hoặc có liên quan đến Thỏa thuận xử lý tranh chấp, hoặc việc vi phạm, chấm dứt hay hiệu lực của Thỏa thuận này sẽ được giải quyết theo các quy định của trọng tài của Phòng thương mại quốc tế với một trọng tài được bổ nhiệm theo những quy định về trọng tài

Any dispute or claim arising or related to dispute resolution agreement, or the breach, termination or validity of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce with an arbitrator appointed under the rules of arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the dispute settlement agreement, or the breach, termination or validity of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the rules of arbitration of the Chamber international trade with an arbitrator appointed under the provisions on arbitration
