Năm 2015, ngành Nội vụ đã tham mưu trình HĐND, UBND tỉnh, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh ban hành nhiều văn bản cụ thế hoá các quy định của Đảng, Nhà nước ở địa phương, góp phần tích cực hiệu quả trong việc đẩy mạnh cải cách hành chính, nâng cao hiệu lực, hiệu quả quản lý của bộ máy Nhà nước. Tham mưu tiếp tục kiện toàn, sắp xếp lại tổ chức bộ máy, cán bộ, công chức, viên chức theo hướng tinh gọn, hiệu quả; quy định rõ vị trí, chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn, cơ cấu tổ chức, vị trí việc làm của các cơ quan, đơn vị; cải cách chế độ công vụ, công chức; tham mưu thực hiện tốt công tác quản lý về thanh niên; công tác tôn giáo; công tác thi đua khen thưởng và công tác văn thư lưu trữ; có nhiều đổi mới trong tham mưu, triển khai và biện pháp thực hiện các nhiệm vụ thuộc thẩm quyền được giao. Đã hoàn thành tốt các chỉ tiêu đăng ký thực hiện trong năm 2015 với UBND tỉnh, đồng thời đề xuất với tỉnh một số giải pháp, đề án, góp phần nâng cao hiêu lực, hiệu quả quản lý, điều hành và hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu kinh tế - xã hội của tỉnh năm 2015.

Năm 2016, ngành Nội vụ đã đề ra 13 nhiệm vụ, giải pháp cụ thể, trong đó tập trung vào nhiệm vụ chính như: Rà soát, kiện toàn tổ chức bộ máy; quy định rõ chức năng, nhiệm vụ quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức các cơ quan, đơn vị trong tỉnh. Thực hiện tốt việc đánh giá phân loại cán bộ công chức, viên chức; sắp xếp, cơ cấu lại đội ngũ cán bộ, công chức viên chức theo vị trí việc làm, trình độ chuyên ngành đào tạo, phẩm chất và năng lực thực tế để nâng cao chất công vụ, công chức. Thực hiện tốt kế hoạch CCHC năm 2016 và giai đoạn 2016-2020 của tỉnh. Thực hiện tốt công tác quản lýnhà nước đối với các tổ chức tôn giáo….

Trong đó, nhấn mạnh: Tiếp tục tăng cường nâng cao chất lượng tham mưu của ngành cho lãnh đạo với những nội dung liên quan. Thực hiện tốt chức năng quản lý nhà nước về các lĩnh vực tổ chức bộ máy, cán bộ, công chức, viên chức; tiếp tục đổi mới hơn nữa công tác thi đua khen thưởng. Tăng cường sự phối với các sở, ngành về công tác nội vụ.

Nhân dịp này lãnh đạo Sở Nội vụ đã tặng giấy khen cho 5 tập thể và 26 cá nhân đã có thành tích xuất sắc trong thực hiện nhiệm vụ công tác nội vụ năm 2015.
