Đối với việc nâng lương cho nhân viên, thì mỗi năm Công ty nên tổ chức thi tay nghề nâng bậc lương để kiểm tra lại trình độ chuyên môn, đồng thời tiến hành nâng lương cho nhân viên. Việc công ty tiến hành 1-2 năm nâng lương một lần như hiên nay sẽ không khuyến khích nhân viên nâng cao năng suất lao động, trình độ chuyên môn tay nghề vì tay nghề có cao hơn hay vẫn như vậy thì họ vẫn được nâng lương theo đúng quy định như các nhân viên khác.
