7.3. Gia hạn Thời gian hoàn thành
Bên B được phép theo Điều 21 [Khiếu nại và xử lý các tranh chấp] gia hạn thời
gian hoàn thành nếu do một trong những lý do sau đây:
a) Có sự thay đổi phạm vi công việc, thiết kế, biện pháp thi công theo yêu cầu
của bên A, Chủ đầu tư làm ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ thực hiện Hợp đồng.
b) Do ảnh hưởng của các trường hợp bất khả kháng như: ảnh hưởng của động
đất, bão, lũ, lụt, sóng thần, hoả hoạn, địch hoạ hoặc các sự kiện bất khả kháng khác;
c) Sự chậm trề, trở ngại trên công trường do bên A, Chủ đầu tư, nhân lực của
Chủ đầu tư hay các nhà thầu khác của Chủ đầu tư gây ra như: việc bàn giao mặt bằng
không đúng với các thoả thuận trong Hợp đồng, các thủ tục liên quan ảnh hưởng đến
tiến độ thực hiện Hcrp đồng mà không do lỗi của Bên B gây ra.

7.3. Extension of Time to complete
Party B is allowed under Article 21 [Complaints and disputes handling] extend the
completion period if caused by one of the following reasons:
a) change the scope of work, design, construction measures at the request
of Party A, Investors do affect the progress of implementation of the contract.
b) Due to the effects of the force majeure circumstances, such as the influence of the
earth, storm, floods, tsunamis, fires, enemy sabotage or other unforeseen events;
c) delays or obstacles on the construction site by Party A, Investors and manpower of
the investor or the contractor Investor's other causes such as the handover in the
wrong with the agreements in the contract, the relevant procedures affect the
progress of HCRP contract through no fault of Party B causes.
