Tối qua 17.6 tại hà nội, đại diện Chính phủ Việt Nam và Ủy ban Châu Âu đã ký hiệp định tài chính của dự án hỗ trợ thương mại đa biên giai đoạn 3. Theo đso trong vòng 4 năm Ủy ban châu Âu sẽ hỗ trợ VN 10 triệu Euro để triển khai kế hoạch phát triển kinh tế xã hội và kế hoạch hành động hậu WTO, hội nhập sâu rộng vào hệ thống thương mai toàn cầu. Dự án này là tiếp nối sự hợp tác thành công giữa Ủy ban châu Âu và Bộ Công thương trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ kỹ thuật liên quan đến thương mại. Tính thời điển này, dự án nói trên là dự án hỗ trợ chính sách thương mại lớn nhất ở Việt Nam.
