ĐIỀU 1: ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG
Bên A thuê máy bay King Air B200 của Bên B để bay chụp ảnh hàng không với các yêu cầu như sau:
1.1 Máy bay: Máy bay chụp ảnh phải có đủ các điều kiện về tính năng kỹ thuật cho công tác bay chụp ảnh địa hình.
1.2 Giờ bay: Giờ bay được tính từ khi máy bay nổ máy, lăn bánh cho đến khi máy bay kết thúc thời gian công tác, dừng bánh và tắt máy.
1.3 Hình thức hợp đồng, khu vực bay, số giờ bay, thời gian thực hiện, sân bay trực, hình thức thuê được quy định chi tiết tại các Phụ lục của Hợp đồng này.

1.1 Aircraft: aircraft photography must meet the conditions of technical features Working terrain fly photographed.

1.3 Form of the contract, the bay area, number of flight hours, time taken, airport directly, lease form is prescribed in detail in the Appendix of this Agreement.
