Bên B chịu trách nhiệm hoàn toàn về địa điểm nhận hàng phù hợp với các quy định hiện hành
Bên B chịu chi phí bốc xếp thừ xe của Bên A xuống địa điểm tập kết hàng của Bên B. Những hàng hóa sau khi được bốc xếp xuống khỏi xe của Bên A sẽ thuộc trách nhiệm của Bên B, Bên B chịu mọi rủi ro về mất mát hoặc hư hỏng đối với hàng hóa kể từ thời điểm giao hàng
