Phải chấp nhận toàn bộ nội dung của chào hàng (điều 396 Bộ luật dân sự) Những sửa đổi bổ sung trong chấp nhận chào hàng mà không làm thay đổi cơ bản nội dung của chào hàng ban đầu thì không ảnh hưởng đến hiệu lực của chấp nhận chào hàng.
