Trong NĐTC 2015 – 2016, BKS đã tham gia tích cực vào hoạt động giám sát, kiểm tra các giao dịch với người có liên quan của Tập đoàn Hoa Sen, được thể hiện qua các nội dung sau:
- Các cuộc họp HĐQT về việc thông qua các giao dịch với người có liên quan đều có sự tham gia và đóng góp ý kiến từ BKS. Các Biên bản họp HĐQT đều có chữ ký của tất cả thành viên BKS.
- Ngoài ra, BKS cũng tham gia vào hoạt động giám sát, kiểm tra quá trình thực hiện các giao dịch với người có liên quan thông qua việc ký kiểm tra/ký phê duyệt Quy chế/chính sách quy định nguyên tắc chung đối với các giao dịch với người có liên quan và các tờ trình/đề xuất/xác nhận đặt hàng/đơn hàng liên quan đến giao dịch có khối lượng, giá trị lớn.
Trong NĐTC 2015 – 2016, BKS nhận thấy, các Hợp đồng/Giao dịch phát sinh với người có liên quan đều đảm bảo tính minh bạch, công khai, rõ ràng, đảm bảo không ảnh hưởng đến lợi ích của Tập đoàn và lợi ích của cổ đông.
