Đường Về - Coming Home” là một phim ngắn cổ động nhằm kêu gọi cộng đồng giảm kỳ thị phân biệt đối xử với những người nhiễm HIV/AIDS và các nhóm nguy cơ cao, trong đó có cộng đồng người đồng tính (LGBT).
Bộ phim là câu chuyện có thật về một chàng trai 19 tuổi tên An sống trong gia đình phong kiến gốc Hoa. Trong bữa tiệc sinh nhật của một người bạn tại quán bar, An đã gặp và yêu Lâm ngay từ cái nhìn đầu tiên. Lâm là một chàng công tử đào hoa và lịch lãm. Sau một thời gian yêu đương thắm thiết, An bị bệnh và đi xét nghiệm máu. An phát hiện mình bị nhiễm HIV và người lây nhiễm cho An chính là Lâm. An đau khổ cùng cực còn Lâm thì bỏ đi.
