- Đăng ký giấy phép sử dụng lao động nước ngoài cho công ty tại UBND TP hoặc tỉnh: Chỉ xin 1 lần (giá 80USD)
- Đăng ký giấy phép cho người lao động (bao gồm: Khám sức khỏe, hợp thức hóa lãnh sự các tài liệu, bằng cấp, giấy chứng nhận kinh nghiệm, lý lịch tư pháp nước ngoài, xin lý lịch tư pháp số 1 của Việt Nam,.. (giá 290 USD/ người cho thời gian là 24 tháng).
- HS cần có: Giấy phép công ty, mẫu dấu (sao y). Người lao đồng cần: Hộ chiếu, 4 ảnh 4 x 6 (khổ quốc tế) nền trắng, Bộ Hồ sơ khám sức khỏe theo các bệnh viện quy định tại Việt Nam, Lý lịch tư pháp nước sở tại, lý lịch tư pháp của Sở Tư pháp TP.HCM (mẫu số 1), các bằng cấp, giấy chứng nhận phù hợp với trình độ lao động được công ty ký hợp đồng lao động.
