Sau khi tốt nghiệp tôi đã đảm nhận vị trí IT 5 năm tại công ty cổ phần FPT Telecom, tại đây tôi đã hỗ trợ khắc phục sự cố hệ thống mạng công nghệ thông tin từ switch đến thiết bị đầu cuối, hỗ trợ xử lý khắc phục các sự cố, kiểm tra và bảo dưỡng sữa chữa, đề xuất nâng cấp thiết bị công nghê thông tin như máy tính, camera, máy in, …..hỗ trợ cài đặt phần mềm và các ứng dụng như TNCN, KBTT, HTTK mail,IP phone ...., Khảo sát lắp đặt và đề xuất vật tư lắp đặt hệ thống mạng cho chi nhánh, cài đặt router, switch của công ty cũng như khách hàng…, ngoài ra tôi còn quản lý kho thiết bị IT và vật tư hạ tầng mạng internet và còn hỗ trợ kiểm tra sửa chữa và khắc phục lỗi phát sinh các thiết bị internet của khách hàng FPT
