Theo nguyên tắc, nếu kết thúc hợp đồng lao động có kỳ hạn lần 2 này (vào 30/6/2016) tôi sẽ được ký Hợp đồng lao động không xác định thời hạn tuy nhiên tôi vừa được nhân sự trao đổi…. với lý do…. Thực sự tôi rất ngạc nhiên và bức xúc, vì kết quả làm việc năm rồi của tôi là HT và vẫn nằm trong định biên nhân sự của phòng, vậy nếu chỉ vì lý do…. thì hết sức vô lý và gây khó hiểu.
