Trong giai đoạn từ ngày ký OTL cho

Trong giai đoạn từ ngày ký OTL cho đến ngày các bên hoàn thiện việc ký HĐ theo quy định của OTL, nếu:
1. Nếu BCT đơn phương chấm dứt OTL trái với quy định tại OTL thì đền bù cho BT chi phí đầu tư sau khi trừ đi: tài sản có thể di dờ khỏi mặt bằng; và giá trị khấu hao tài sản tương ứng với thời gian đã sử dụng (lấy theo điều khoản standard về đền bù chi phí).
2. Nếu BT đơn phương chấm dứt OTL trái quy định hoặc BT vi phạm OTL dẫn đến BCT phải chấm dứt OTL, thì BT có trách nhiệm bồi thường tiền thuê + phí dịch vụ tương ứng với khoảng thời gian từ ngày khai trương cho đến ngày có khách thuê mới khai trương tại Phần Diện Tích Thuê, nhưng trong mọi trường hợp không thấp hơn 6 tháng Tiền Thuê và phí dịch vụ.
