2.4.2.6. Kết quả giáo dục đạo đức công vụ cho học viên trường chính trị tỉnh
Trường chính trị cấp tỉnh hiện nay chủ yếu quan tâm đến dạy lý luận chính trị mà chưa chú trọng đến việc rèn luyện ý thức đạo đức công vụ, thói quen hành vị đạo đức của người cán bộ, công chức trong hoạt động công vụ cho học viên là cán bộ, công chức đang học tập tại nhà trường. Mặt khác, nội dung, chương trình,đào tạo, bồi dưỡng của trường chính trị tỉnh chưa có môn học nào, chuyên đề nào về đạo đức công vụ.
Để có đánh giá về kết quả giáo dục đạo đức công vụ cho học viên trường chính trị tỉnh, chúng tôi đã phỏng vấn xin ý kiến đánh giá của một số cán bộ quản lý của địa phương; cán bộ, giảng viên và học viên trường chính trị tỉnh. Chúng tôi thu được kết quả: Đa số ý kiến cho rằng chất lượng và hiệu quả giáo dục đạo đức công vụ cho học viên trường chính trị tỉnh thông qua hoạt động đào tạo, bồi dưỡng của nhà trưởng chỉ ở mức độ trung bình.
