Management Information System ( also called MIS)- Đây là một hệ thống quản lý trao đổi thông tin nội bộ chuyên nghiệp, linh hoạt và hiệu quả. MIS ra đời đã mang lại cho các tổ chức, doanh nghiệp một công cụ kiểm soát, quản lý thông tin nội bộ liên tục và chính xác từ đó hỗ trợ người quản lý đưa ra những quyết định kịp thời và tối ưu.
Toàn bộ việc quản lý thông tin như trao đổi văn bản, giao việc, nhắc việc, báo cáo công việc, lịch làm việc, bản tin, thông báo nội bộ, đăng ký lịch tuần, vật tư công cụ đều diễn ra trên một cổng duy nhất và ứng với mỗi người dùng sẽ có một tài khoản duy nhất để đăng nhập hệ thống trên MIS.
Phần mềm MIS giúp doanh nghiệp và nhân viên:
Quản lý, phân phối và xử lý văn bản, công việc, theo dõi luồng xử lý của văn bản trên toàn trình.
Văn phòng không cần phải sử dụng giấy tờ làm tăng hiệu quả công tác trao đổi, điều hành đồng thời tiết kiệm thời gian, chi phí đáng kể cho việc tìm kiếm và lưu trữ văn bản.

Các thông tin được truyền tải giữa các bộ phận thông qua mạng nội bộ của khách sạn, các thao tác đều được thực hiện trên máy tính sau đó in ra các chứng từ cần thiết phục vụ cho việc thanh toán của khách hàng.
Sử dụng New Way sẽ hạn chế tối đa khả năng lây nhiễm virus do phải chia sẻ dữ liệu ngang hàng (khi sử dụng các gói phần mềm khác, người dùng sẽ phải chia sẻ dữ liệu giữa máy chủ, máy khách ngang hàng.
Excel là phần mềm phổ biến và dễ dàng sử dụng nhất cho kế toán hoặc ban tài chính. Phần mềm này cho phép chúng ta tính toán chính xác và nhanh chóng. Tuy nhiên, vì là một phần mềm lâu đời, Ẽxcel vẫn còn nhiều sơ hở và thiếu sót về điều kiện bảo mật cũng như quá trình kiểm soát sẽ diễn ra chậm hơn khi có quá nhiều thông tin.
Ngoài ra, trong quá trình hoạt động chương tình, chúng tôi cũng cần trao đổi thông tin, viết thư, chuẩn bị tài liệu, viết kịch bản quảng cáo, tài liệu hướng dẫn. Việc này được thực hiện qua phần mềm Microsoft Word và Power Point.
Trong dự án này, với quy mô nhỏ vài thòi gian ngắn, chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng các phần mềm phổ biến như Google Document, Excel, Microsoft Word và Power Point.
