Con dấu chuyên dùng cho hợp đồng sẽ do bộ phận Tổng hợp chỉ định
người bảo quản, không một bộ phận nào hoặc bất cứ nhân viên nào
được mượn hoặc sử dụng, những hậu quả phát sinh do vi phạm quy định này sẽ do người bảo quản con dấu hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm, nếu xảy ra mất mát lập tức báo cáo lên cấp trên để kịp thời xử lý.
