Nếu việc gia hạn Hợp Đồng Thuê được thống nhất, các bên sẽ ký một Phụ lục để gia hạn hoặc một Hợp Đồng Thuê mới chậm nhất là 03 (ba) tháng trước ngày hết hạn.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the extension of the lease was agreed, the parties will sign an addendum to the renewal or a new lease of 3 (three) months before the expiration date.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If the extension is agreed Charter Agreement, the parties will sign an annex to an extension or a new Charter Agreement not later than 03 (three) months before the expiry date.
