Trước tiên, tôi xin đại diện cho Công ty CP DVBV Sài Gòn Thắng Lợi (SGTL) gửi đến toàn thể Ban giám đốc Qúy công ty, lời chúc sức khỏe và lời cảm ơn sâu sắc.

Kính thưa Qúy công ty, trong thời gian cung cấp dịch vụ An ninh cho các nhà xưởng của Qúy công ty, nhân viên chúng tôi luôn hoàn thành đúng trách nhiệm công việc được giao. Tuy nhiên, thời gian vừa qua Qúy công ty liên tiếp thông báo cho chúng tôi về việc thất thoát tài sản với số lượng lớn tại Xưởng Sóng Thần (những tài sản này chưa được bàn giao cho bảo vệ bằng văn bản hoặc niêm phong và bảo vệ cũng chưa từng kiểm đếm thực tế). Đồng thời, khoảng thời gian đó bên phía Qúy công ty có xáo trộn về nhân sự cấp bậc quản lý và tuyển chọn công nhân không chọn lọc (có nhiều thành phần bất hảo vào làm công nhân); do vậy chúng tôi có quyền nghi ngờ về sự minh bạch đối với những tài sản bị thất thoát này (theo kết luật từ cơ quan điều tra qua mấy vụ mất trộm là do nội bộ công nhân trong nhà máy gây ra).

Nếu căn cứ theo như Điều 3.14; Điều 4 của Hợp đồng số 96/HDBV/SGTL-DBR/2015 thì chúng tôi hoàn toàn không liên quan đến những tài sản bị thất thoát. Nhưng vì sự hợp tác tốt đẹp và lâu dài giữa hai bên, chúng tôi vẫn chấp nhận trách nhiệm liên đới và chia sẻ bồi thường đối với những tài sản trên, với những điều kiện dưới đây:
1. Qúy công ty chấp nhận tái ký Hợp đồng dài hạn, ít nhất là 01 năm kể từ ngày ký.
2. Tăng mức giá dịch vụ từ 11,500,000 VNĐ/ 1 vị trí 24h, lên thành 12,000,000 VNĐ/ 1 vị trí 24h (nhằm tăng lương cho nhân viên bảo vệ để chất lượng dịch vụ tốt hơn).
3. Yêu cầu Qúy công ty thanh toán phí dịch vụ Tháng 8/2016 theo đúng điều khoản thanh toán của Hợp đồng 96/HDBV/SGTL-DBR/2015.

Chúng tôi cam kết nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ tốt; cung cấp nhân viên bảo vệ đúng độ tuổi lao động, không vi phạm pháp luật và chịu trách nhiệm theo đúng các Điều khoản của Hợp đồng đã ký giữa hai bên.
