Bên A sẽ thanh toán cho bên B sau thời gian bảo hành là 16 tháng ( trừ những thiết bị do nhà sản xuất bảo hành 12 tháng hoặc ít hơn). Chậm nhất là 5 ngày kể từ ngày hai bên ký biên bản nghiệm thu và biên bản thanh lý hết thời gian bảo hành.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Party A shall pay for the B side after the warranty period is 16 months (except the equipment due to manufacturer warranty is 12 months or less). Least 5 days since the two sides signed the minutes of trials and liquidated most of the time.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Party A will pay Party B after the warranty period is 16 months (except for the device by the manufacturer warranty of 12 months or less). No later than 5 days after the two sides signed the minutes of the minutes of acceptance and liquidation of the expiry of the warranty period.
