Sau khi hoàn tất bộ chứng từ hàng xuất (Master Bill of Lading, House Bill of Lading) nhân viên chứng từ sẽ gởi thông báo mô tả về lô hàng vận chuyển: Shipper/ Cosignee, tên tàu/ số chuyến, cảng đi/ cảng đến, ETD/ETA (ngày đi/ ngày đến dự kiến), số vận đơn (Master Bill of Lading, House Bill of Lading), loại vận đơn (surrender/ Original, seaway bill…), hợp đồng, Invoice, Packing list cho đại lý liên quan để theo dõi lô hàng tại cảng đến, đính kèm bản sao Master Bill of Lading, House Bill of Lading.

After completing the document row (Master Bill of Lading, Bill of Lading House) certified staff from will send description of shipment: Shipper/Cosignee, ship name/number, port/Harbor to, ETD/ETA (expected arrival date/departure date), tracking numbers (Master Bill of Lading, Bill of Lading House) , type of lading (surrender/Original, seaway bill...), contract, Invoice, Packing list for related agents to track the shipment at the port of arrival, attach a copy of the Master Bill of Lading, Bill of Lading House.
