Như đã trình bày ở trên, việc thực hiện dự án là một tiền đề chủ lực để Vườn ươm có thể đạt mục tiêu phát triển bền vững trong giai đoạn 2015 – 2025. Và như vậy, trước tiên bản thân dự án cũng phải phát triển tốt và bền vững sau khi đã nhận được tài trợ từ Qũy InnoFund. Khi xây dựng dự án, Vườn ươm đã rất chú ý đến vấn đề này. Chính vì vậy, Vườn ươm đã lên kế hoạch xây dựng các bộ công cụ về triển khai dịch vụ, công cụ dành cho quản lý ươm tạo, công cụ về khởi nghiệp tinh gọn, quản trị nhân sự, tài chính cho các doanh nghiệp ươm tạo. Đặc biệt, chúng tôi rất chủ trọng đến hoạt động đào tạo đội ngũ nhân sự kế thừa để có thể chủ động triển khai dịch vụ và xây dựng mạng lưới liên kết với các chuyên gia, cơ sở ươm tạo trong nước và khu vực, cộng đồng công nghệ, khởi nghiệp khi thực hiện dự án.
