II: Thời gian thuê và giá thuê

Trong thời gian ký hợp đồng bên A không được bán hoặc cho bên khác thuê, sau thời gian ký hợp đồng nếu các bên thấy phù hợp thì có thể gia hạn thêm thời gian thuê nhà bằng một phụ lục hợp đồng tách rời hợp đồng này.

- Giá thuê trên sẽ được cố định trong năm đầu tiên của thời gian thuê. Từ năm thuê thứ hai gía thuê sẽ được điều chỉnh theo thị trường tăng hoặc giảm không quá 10% nếu bên thuê có nhu cầu thuê tiếp, hai bên sẽ thương thảo và thành lập một phụ lục hợp đồng .
3. Đơn giá này không bao gồm các chi phí sử dụng cơ sở hạ tầng như: điện, nước, điện thoại, internet, truyền hình cáp và tất cả các dịch vụ khác trong khu dân cư. Bên B sử dụng sẽ do Bên B tự thanh toán trực tiếp với dịch vụ cung cấp đúng thời gian quy định, theo khối lượng tiêu thụ hàng tháng.
III: Đặt cọc và phương thức thanh toán
