Thực hiện chì đạo của Thủ tướng Chính phủ tại Công văn số: 8I/VPCP-KTN ngày 06 tháng 01 năm 2014 giao Bộ Công Thương xem xét, bổ sung, sửa đổi Quyết định số 37/2011/QĐ-TTg ngày 29 thảng 6 năm 2011 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về cơ chế hỗ trợ phát triền các dự án điện gió tại Việt Nam, Bộ Công Thương đã tồ chức nghiên cứu và trình cho Thủ tưởng Chính phủ Dự thảo Quyết định sửa đổi, bổ sung Quyết định 37/2011/QĐ-TTg tại Tờ trình số : 8472/TTr-BCT ngày 14 thán2 8 năm 2015 của Bộ Công Thương. Dự thảo Quyết định sửa đổi, bổ sung Quyết định 37/2011/QĐ-TTg bao gồm quy định về giá bán điện gió ở các mức khác nhau áp dụng cho khu vực dự án trên đât liền, gần bờ và ngoài khơi và được áp dụng thống nhất trên phạm vi cả nước.

The draft decision on amending and supplementing the decision 37/2009/QD-TTg includes provisions on wind power purchase price in different levels apply to projects on the area you're setting up inland, near shore and offshore and be applied uniformly nationwide.

To implement the directive of the Prime Minister in Official Letter No: 8i / OG-KTN dated 06 January 2014 01 Affairs Ministry of Industry and Trade for consideration, supplement, amend Decision 37/2011 / QD-TTg dated 29 January 6, 2011 by the Prime Minister on mechanisms to support the development of wind power projects in Vietnam, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has organized study and submit to the Prime Minister draft decision amending and supplementing the Decision 37/2011 / QD-TTg in Report No. 8472 / TTr-BCT dated 14 than2 8 2015 of the Ministry of Trade. The draft decision on amending and supplementing the Decision 37/2011 / QD-TTg include provisions on wind electricity prices in the different levels applied to the project area on the mainland, near shore and offshore and are applied uniformly throughout the country.
