Hai bên cần chủ động thông báo cho nhau biết tình hình thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu có gì bất lợi phát sinh các bên phải kịp thời thông báo cho nhau biết và tích cực giải quyết trên cơ sở thương lượng, bình đẳng cùng có lợi.

Both sides need to proactively inform each other know the implementation contract, if something detrimental arises the parties must promptly inform each other know and actively resolve on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.

The two sides should actively inform each other on the implementation of the contract, if any disadvantage arising parties shall promptly notify each other of positive and resolved on the basis of negotiation, equality and mutual benefit .
