This topic has used the model research of Wasfi Alrawabdeh (2014) have edited a few elements to fit the case of hotels in Vietnam. In addition, the model and the theory of Gholam Ali Tehrani, Maryam Tabarsa (2013), Hemang Jauhari and Shailendra Singh. (2013), Anne Martensen and Lars Grønholdt. (2012), Louise Magnusson, Marina Silfverberg. (2013) has also been referenced in this research to complement the factors influence employee loyalty at Liberty Hotel in Viet Nam. There are 7 factors and variables 29 observations are used. But after being adjusted, according to the standard model, only the Eigenvalue modification 6 factors and 25 variables observed. The data are collected from the 3 branches of the Liberty Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. This study tested the reliability of the research model using Cronbach's Alpha coefficients, the method of factor analysis exploration and testing regression. The questionnaire was sent to the staff of the hotel. Then, using the software SPSS to conduct analysis.After the research, six elements: High salary, Work environment, Accordant target, Decision management, Fair reward and Empowerment influence employee loyalty with the different level. The results also showed that employee loyalty has also changed with the characteristics of the employee. Some authors suggest solutions to hotels further reference projects of decision to retain and motivate employees to work more efficiently.
