Như vậy điêu khoản này đã tuân thủ những qui định của pháp luật về đối tượng hàng hóa của hợp đồng mua bán : Phải là hàng hóa không bị cấm lưu thông hoặc chưa được phép lưu thông . Đồng thời cũng tuân thủ những qui định về điều khoản số lượng trong hợp đồng mua bán hàng hóa là sử dụng đơn vị đo lường pcs – đơn vị đo lường được pháp luật công nhận.

Điều khoản Số Lượng/ Khối lượng
➢ Đây là một điều khoản không thể thiếu, do vậy trong hợp đồng cần phải thể hiện rõ số lượng hàng hoá được mua bán.
➢ Trong hợp đồng điều khoản số lượng (quantity) được ghi như trên bảng với đơn vị pcs


Giá trên được hiểu là giá FOB tại bất kỳ cảng nào ở VietNam (Incoterms 2010)

ĐIỀU 2: CHẤT LƯỢNG VÀ QUI CÁCH ĐÓNG GÓI:
​Chất lượng hàng hóa được sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn của bên A , đã đăng kí tại các tổ chức có thẩm quyền theo tiêu chuẩn hợp pháp . Qui định tại danh mục hàng hóa được liệt kê trên điều khoản 1 với thương hiệu mới 100 % theo tiêu chuẩn của nhà sản xuất.
​Bao bì sản phẩm được làm bằng giấy cacton , trên bao bì ghi rõ các thông số kỹ thuật của sản phẩm bao gồm : thương hiệu, kí mã hiệu sản phẩm , nhóm màu, kích thước sản phẩm , chủng loại, thời gian sản xuất.
​Hàng hóa được đóng gói bao bì theo qui cách của nhà sản xuất.
Hàng hoá sẽ được đóng gói trong hộp các - tông hay lồng bằng gỗ, chịu lực, vừa và an toàn cho xuất khẩu và vận chuyển bằng đường biển.
Trong hợp đồng mua bán hàng hóa thì việc thỏa thuận rõ ràng về qui cách chất lượng hàng hóa mua , bán là việc hết sức quan trọng.
