- Không chấp hành việc bố trí, sắp xếp của Công ty trong trường hợp tạm thời chuyển người lao động sang làm công việc khác theo quy định tại khoản 4.4 đến 4.7 Điều 4 của Nội quy lao động này khi không có lý do thích đáng.
