Nissan đang bị cơ quan quản lý Hàn Quốc tố cáo gian lận mức khí thải trên mẫu xe Qashqai.
Thông tin được đưa ra hôm thứ hai, 16/5. Các quan chức môi trường của Hàn Quốc cho biết phát hiện sự chênh lệch mức khí thải so với công bố trên chiếc Nissan Qashqai.

Sau vụ việc xảy ra với Volkswagen, Hàn Quốc đã tiến hành kiểm tra nồng độ khí thải của hơn 20 mẫu xe sử dụng động cơ diesel. Trong khi tuyên bố một vài mẫu có sự chênh lệch, các quan chức môi trường cho rằng chỉ có chiếc Qashqai là có sự gian lận.

So với bê bối của Volkswagen, tới lúc này dường như vụ việc ảnh hưởng với Nissan về danh tiếng nhiều hơn là tài chính. Cơ quan quản lý yêu cầu hãng thu hồi 814 xe, nộp khoản tiền phạt tới 330 triệu won, hay 280.000 USD, đồng thời dừng bán mẫu Qashqai tại Hàn Quốc. Ngoài ra, cơ quan này còn đề nghị toà án đưa Tổng giám đốc của Nissan Hàn Quốc, ông Takehiko Kikuchi, ra toà vì tội gian lận.
