II/ KẾT QUẢ THỰC TẬP:
- Trong quá trình thực tập dưới sự hướng dẫn nhiệt tình từ các anh chị trong công ty đã giúp em thu được nhiều kinh nghiệm bổ ích, các anh chị đã tạo điều kiện để em ràn luyện và phát triển kỹ năng để trang bị và phục vụ cho nghề nghiệp sau này.
- Thông qua quá trình thực tập em đã trở nên tự tin và năng động hơn
- Bên cạnh đó, quá trình thực tập còn giúp em hiết biết thêm nhiều thông tin về giá cả, chất lượng phục vụ của một số cơ sở lưu trú, về các điểm tham quan, hoạt động giải trí và nắm rõ cung đường…
- Hơn thế nữa, quá trình thực tập còn giúp em trao dồi niều kỹ năng cần thiết đề tìm kiếm và phát triển công việc trong tương lai như:
+ Kỹ năng đàm phán với đối tác trong việc sử dụng dịch vụ du lịch của công ty.
+ Kỹ năng thuyết phục khách hàng.
+ Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ừng xử với mọi người trong công ty và khách hàng.
- Quan trọng hơn nữa là môi trường thực tập đã giúp em rèn luyện phong cách, tác phong và đạo đức cần có trong hoạt động lữ hành ( năng động, bình tĩnh, tự tin, trách nhiệm, hòa đồng…..)
