Điều 4: ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG
- Bên nào vi phạm HĐ sẽ mất tiền đặt cọc cũng như tiền tạm ứng trước.
- Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng các điều khoản đã ghi trong hợp đồng này.
- Nếu có tranh chấp phát sinh từ hợp đồng này thì các bên trước hết phải cùng nhau giải quyết bằng thương lượng, hòa giải. Nếu không đạt được sự thương lượng hòa giải thì mỗi bên có quyền khởi kiện ra tòa án để giải quyết theo thủ tục chung của pháp luật .
- Hợp đồng này sẽ tự thanh lý sau khi hai bên hoàn thành trách nhiệm của mình cũng như thời gian hiệu lực của hợp đồng đã hết.
- Hợp đồng này được lập thành 02 (hai) bản, mỗi bên giữ 01(một) bản và có giá trị pháp lý như nhau.
Hợp đồng có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký./.
