Môi trường học thiếu những hoạt động nhóm mà học sinh làm chủ và từ đó không phát huy được khả năng giao tiếp và lãnh đạo.
Mỗi năm Việt Nam có trên một triệu học sinh cấp 3 thi vào Đại Học và khoảng 15% đỗ. Những em không vào được đại học bước chân vào đời rất kém về nghề chuyên môn, phong cách con người và khả năng giao tiếp, và gây nên nhiều khó khăn cho nền kinh tế
