Lưu ý chi tiết triển khai đồng bộ công tác điều chỉnh PQL 12 cụm/ khu phố năm 2016 – đợt 1.
- Theo Memorandum ngày 26/07/2016 đã được Ban Tổng Giám Đốc phê duyệt.
- Theo LHNB số 421-16/CSC-LHNB, ngày 05/08/2016 của TTPVKH về việc triển khai đồng bộ công tác điều chỉnh PQL 12 cụm/ KP năm 2016 – đợt 1.
TTPVKH xin lưu ý một số nội dung đã được triển khai theo Memoradum và LHNB nói trên, bao gồm:
• Chuyển nguồn chi phí phủ xanh cụm Hưng Gia 1, 3, 5 từ tháng 1/2016 đến tháng 7/2016 từ PQL sang lãi quỹ bảo trì (LQBT) số tiền 265,158,166 đ ( bảng kê chi tiết đính kèm).
• Chuyển nguồn chi hạng mục điện công cộng của các KP theo phương án phí quản lý từ tháng 8/2016 số tiền 7,749,995 vnđ ( bảng kê chi tiết đính kèm).
Các nội dung kể trên đã thể hiện đầy đủ và cụ thể trong Memoradum và phương án PQL đã được Ban Tổng Giám Đốc phê duyệt. Kính đề nghị P.Tài Vụ cập nhật theo nội dung thu chi các hạng mục, thời điểm thực hiện cụ thể và các chi tiết khác nếu có.
