Tùy theo mức độ vi phạm mà hình thức kỷ luật được áp dụng một trong những mức nhẹ, nặng và nghiêm trọng tương xứng với tính chất, mức độ của hành vi vi phạm. NLĐ vi phạm phải chịu một trong ba (03) hình thức kỷ luật sau đây:
