Nghiên cứu xây dựng hệ thống hỗ trợ quyết định – Decision Support System (DSS) để xác định các vấn đề và đánh giá các giải pháp tiềm năng cho một lưu vực sông ở Sri Lanka. Để đánh giá được mức độ tái định cư và tình trạng sản xuất nông nghiệp tại lưu vực sông Deduru Oya, Sri Lanka. Tác giả đã xây dựng mô hình BBNs như sau:
