- Nhà thầu đưa ra giải pháp tổ chức thể hiện trên Bản vẽ Mặt bằng tổ chức thi công tổng thể (kèm theo).
- Nhà thầu sử dụng nhà khung thép để sử dụng làm nhà Ban chỉ huy công trường, lán trại thi công.
- Các hạng mục chính để phục vụ thi công gói thầu bao gồm:
• Sử dụng nhà khung thép để sử dụng làm nhà Ban chỉ huy công trường, lán trại thi công, nhà bảo vệ, kho bãi, nhà xe, nhà vệ sinh.
• Thi công các công trình tạm như: hàng rào bao che, cổng ra vào, bằng tole, trụ bằng thép hình chiều cao hàng rào 2,5m.
• Lắp biển hiệu ghi tên công trình, quy mô xây dựng, những thông tin liên quan và các biển báo an toàn khác.

- Tập huấn an toàn lao động, an toàn phòng chống cháy nổ cho nhân sự của Nhà thầu theo đúng quy định hiện hành của các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước có liên quan.
