Sau những năm được đào tạo ở nhà trường sinh viên năm thứ 3 chuyên ngành tiếng anh thương mại du lịch tôi cần tham gia thực tập để đánh giá khả năng vận dụng kiến thức đã học của mình, đồng thời tham gia thực tập cũng là cơ hội cho bản thân nâng cao kỹ năng chuyên môn, học hỏi kinh nghiệm thực tế từ cơ sở, đồng thời tham gia làm việc thực tế để nhận ra những thiếu sót của bản thân cũng như hiểu rõ và nắm bắt cách thức cũng như hoạt động của một khách sạn .Đây cũng là cơ hội để tôi có thể tìm thấy một công việc phù hợp với kiến thức được học tại chính khách sạn được thực tập, cũng như từng bước nắm rõ cách thức công việc nắm bắt các khó khăn trong thực tế để tạo kinh nghiệm cho bản thân .
Mục đích của báo cáo này là để giải thích những gì tôi đã làm và đã học được trong thời gian thực tập của tôi. Báo cáo tập trung chủ yếu vào môi trường làm việc, công việc và lợi ích mà tôi nhận được của tôi.
