Xây dựng trình Giám đốc kế hoạch và chương trình làm việc của đơn vị mình được quy định tại mục a, đảm bảo đúng quy định, chất lượng và hiệu quả của công tác tham mưu;
- Bảo đảm tuân thủ theo quy định của Công ty và pháp luật của Nhà nước trong quá trình thực hiện công việc;
- Thường xuyên báo cáo Giám đốc việc thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được giao;
- Bảo quản, lưu trữ, quản lý hồ sơ tài liệu, …thuộc công việc của phòng theo đúng quy định, quản lý các trang thiết bị, tài sản của đơn vị được Công ty giao;
- Chịu trách nhiệm trước Giám đốc và trước pháp luật về việc thực hiện các nhiệm vụ nêu trên.
