Căn cứ để thanh toán nghiệp vụ mua

Căn cứ để thanh toán nghiệp vụ mua hàng ,dịch vụ ,chi phí phải có bảng báo giá hoặc HĐKT (ĐĐH) có bút phê duyệt chấp thuận của BGĐ. Nếu nghiệp vụ phát sinh không có bút phê duyệt của BGĐ thì kế toán và thủ quỹ không thực hiện nghiệp vụ chi.
