Ở chế độ này tất cả các thiết bị được điều khiển thông qua chuyển mạch lựa chọn trạng thái bằng cách xoay chuyển mạch từ vị trí “Tắt” sang chế độ “Bằng Tay” sau đó người vận hành ấn nút điều khiển chạy/ dừng cho mỗi thiết bị muốn vận hành.
