“Thông tin Mật” được hiểu là các thỏa thuận, giao dịch, tài liệu, thư từ bằng văn bản hoặc bằng lời nói mà các Bên nhận được( một cách trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp) liên quan đến Hợp đồng này

Trong suốt thời hạn Hợp đồng và kết thúc Hợp đồng, các Bên không được phép sử dụng, tiết lộ một phân hoặc toàn bộ thông tin liên quan tới Hợp đồng do các Bên cung cấp nếu như không có dự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Bên kia;

Nghĩa vụ bảo mật quy định tại Hợp đồng này vẫn tiếp tục có hiệu lực ngay cả khi chấm dứt Hợp đồng này, cụ thể là 02 (hai) năm sau khi kết thúc Hợp đồng:

Thỏa thuận bảo mật toàn bộ các thông tin liên quan mà không chỉ giới hạn ở các điều khoản và điều kiện của Hợp đồng đã, đang và sẽ được các Bên troa đổi bằng lời nói, văn bảng hay bất kỳ hình thức nào khác tại mọi thời điểm;

Trường hợp vi phạm các thỏa thuận về bảo mật gây thiệt hại thì Bên vi phạm có trách nhiệm bồi thường cho Bên bị vi phạm mọi thiệt hại phát sinh theo thiệt hại thực tế mà Bên bị vi phạm phải gánh chịu.
