người trẻ là nguồn nhân công rất lớn là nhân tố phát triển của công ty . tuy nhiên có rất nhiều người trẻ có rất nhiều khuyết điểm .như là họ lười biếng trong công việc . họ làm việc cá nhân trong giờ làm việc như ăn vặt , nói chuyện phiếm , gọi điện cho người yêu . bên cạnh đó họ đi đến nơi làm việc muộn , về nhà sớm . ví dụ như ở công ty tôi sáng 7 giờ bắt đầu làm việc nhưng 7 giờ 30 hoặ 8 giờ mới tới . ngoài ra họ chỉ làm việc khi thời hạn công việc đã đến hoặc được cấp trên nhắc nhở .tôi k hài lòng về điều này.
