Chúng ta cần đưa ra nhiều lợi ích để thúc đẩy động lực làm việc của nhân viên vì động lực của nhân viên sẽ ảnh hưởng rất nhiều đến lợi ích của công ty. Ý kiến của tôi là chúng ta cần thưởng thêm hay tặng cổ phiếu cho những nhân viên mà có năng suất làm việc cao nhất sau khi tổng kết cuối năm để tạo động lực cho các nhân viên còn lại phát huy bản thân để nâng cao quá trình sản xuất và chất lượng sản phẩm của công ty chúng ta

We need to give more benefits to boost the motivation of staff because the motivation of the staff will greatly influence to the benefit of the company. My opinion is that we need more awards or gifts of stock for the employees that have the highest productivity after year-end to motivate the employees left to promote themselves to improve the production process and the product quality of our company
